This is a unique opportunity to create meaningful impact for residents and families while advancing your career in a supportive, mission-driven environment. Relocation assistance is available for those outside the area. Executive Director Benefits & Compensation Base salary of $120K-$150K , depending on experience Annual ROI bonus Healthcare insurance PTO and additional benefits Executive Director Requirements & Qualifications 5+ years of proven leadership experience in assisted living or senior care environments Expertise in HR practices, compliance audits, and HIPAA regulations In-depth understanding of safe and effective building operations for resident communities Strong collaborative communication and reporting skills, especially with corporate teams Executive Director Day-to-Day Responsibilities Lead all operational functions of a senior living community with memory care services Manage and mentor department heads, fostering effective leadership throughout each team Build and maintain positive relationships with residents and their families Ensure ongoing compliance with state and local health and safety requirements Oversee the efficient, safe, and effective operation of the building and its property Join an organization where your expertise and passion for serving seniors will be valued.
