Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Employee Benefits Client Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner with Risk Advisors to independently manage a book of employee benefits clients, ensuring exceptional service, proactive support, and successful management of new and renewal business. Key Responsibilities Manage client relationships and serve as the primary day-to-day contact for assigned accounts. Develop and execute marketing strategies for new and renewal business. Prepare submissions, proposals, presentations, and spreadsheets for insurance carriers and clients. Negotiate coverage terms, benefits, and pricing with carriers. Coordinate new business onboarding, renewals, enrollments, coverage changes, and terminations. Conduct open enrollment meetings and employee benefit presentations. Resolve claims issues, billing discrepancies, COBRA questions, and carrier-related concerns. Maintain accurate client and policy data within the agency management system. Proactively engage clients throughout the year to provide ongoing support and service. Respond to client, carrier, and member inquiries within 24 hours. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred. Active California Life & Health License required. 5+ years of employee benefits experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
