What to Expect Tesla is seeking an energetic professionalManager ofApproved Collision Center Programs. The role willbe responsible for leading amulti-functional team of professionalslocatedacross North Americawith the goalof deliveringanexceptional repair experience, that meet all Tesla operating standards,while reducing the cost of ownership for our customersthrough our Tesla Approved Collision Center(TACC)network. Thisposition requires a strong understanding ofcollisionbusiness processes and operations, vendor managementprinciples, and project management.
You must be a strong strategic problem solver who can work in afast-pacedenvironment, capable of multi-tasking, and effectively leading a team to achieve business goals andobjectives. What You'll Do Lead a multi-functionaland globalteam of professionals Partner with cross functional teams to ensure allTACChave the systems access, knowledge, andup-to-dateresourcestorepaircustomers' vehicles to Tesla's expectations Identifyopportunities for operational efficiencydrivingKeyPerformance Indicators Overseeandassistwithresolvingcustomerescalations Coach, train, and develop team members to achieve Tesla's standard of operational excellence Partner with legal team tomaintaincontract language for program expectations Communicate program changestothousandsof externalrecipients What You'll Bring 10+ years of experience in the collision or auto repair program industries 3+ years of leading teams Proven ability tomanagecomplexprojectsand present to largediversegroups, including executives Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a high degree ofprofessionalism Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and navigate through an ambiguous environment; enjoy challenges Approximately 25% travel domestically or internationally Strong computer skills - Microsoft Officeand ability to quickly learn internal systems and programswith advanced dataanalysis skills Compensation and Benefits Benefits Along with competitive pay, as a full-time Tesla employee, you are eligible for the following benefits at day 1 of hire: Medical plans > plan options with $0 payroll deduction Family-building, fertility, adoption and surrogacy benefits Dental (including orthodontic coverage) and vision plans, both have options with a $0 paycheck contribution Company Paid (Health Savings Accounts) HSA Contribution when enrolled in the High-Deductible medical plan with HSA Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) 401(k) with employer match, Employee Stock Purchase Plans, and other financial benefits Company paid Basic Life, AD&D Short-term and long-term disability insurance (90 day waiting period) Employee Assistance Program Sick and Vacation time (Flex time for salary positions, Accrued hours for Hourly positions), and Paid Holidays Back-up childcare and parenting support resources Voluntary benefits to include: critical illness, hospital indemnity, accident insurance, theft & legal services, and pet insurance Weight Loss and Tobacco Cessation Programs Tesla Babies program Commuter benefits Employee discounts and perks program Expected Compensation $132,000 - $198,000/annual salary + cash and stock awards + benefits Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
