Job Description

To loyally support high level Insurance Agents (Group Benefits) and to maintain and nurture client relationships with exceptional communication, follow-up and learning the best way to get things done with the carriers. Applicants need to be quick learners, tech-savvy, motivated to excel and have strong high volume customer service experience. We want people that are used to going into an office, working on a computer, answering emails, juggling phones, balancing files, tasks and multiple systems.
Duties:
  • Works well with a Group Account Management team that process client requests regarding the client's Group Benefit Plan (Employee Benefits).
  • Supports high level (high volume) Group Benefit Insurance Sales Agents. Escalates client issues to the Sales Agent. Meets weekly with the Sales Agents. Runs weekly meetings effectively, quickly and concisely. Runs client reports to manage Group Renewals in advance. Schedules client meetings.
  • Manages and delegates to a team.
  • Maintains client records.
  • Submits client request to the carriers until confirmation of completion.
  • Resolves client questions and problems by interpreting benefit policies and procedures.
  • Expedites delivery of benefits by establishing and maintaining working relationships with clients and carriers.
  • Reconciles benefits accounts by working with the Carrier's Billing Department.
  • Prepares special reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

    Permanent Pay:
    $21.00 - $30.00 per hour
