Job Summary Job Summary Under the general direction of the assigned administrator, performs a wide variety of advanced and complex secretarial duties at a continuation high school, adult school, or large school site. Employees in this classification receive limited supervision within a broad framework of policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as assigned. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE
Five years of recent progressively responsible clerical experience or a combination of Associate in Arts degree or equivalent college-level training with two years of progressively responsible clerical experience.

Typing Certificate Requirements:
1. Five (5) minute typing test. 2. Certificate must contain all of the following:
  • Name of person tested
  • Gross words per minute
  • Net words per minute
  • Duration of test (5 minutes)

  • Name of testing agency
  • Date of test
  • Verifier's signature
TYPING CERTIFICATES OBTAINED ONLINE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
Acceptable testing centers are College/University Test Centers, Employment Agencies, Manteca Adult School. Letter(s) of Recommendation Resume Typing Certificate Requirements / Qualifications Please attach the following documents to be considered for an interview: 1. Resume 2.
