Preferred qualifications:
3 years of experience supporting executive-level management in a corporate environment. Experience in a tech company or an environment with unique talent. Ability to proactively experiment with Google AI tools, demonstrating a commitment to improve efficiency and ways of working. Ability to grow in a fast-paced environment by adjusting strategies as needed to creatively solve problems. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build trust with executive stakeholders and influence others to align direction. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $230,400-$320,400 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, proactively identifying complex challenges and providing strategic POVs to shape the long-term reward philosophy. Lead high-stakes programs, advocating for holistic improvements that go beyond immediate asks. Form strategic alliances across DeepMind and Google, influencing stakeholders with competing objectives to align on the mission. Set the standards for Reward as a go-to authority, coaching others to elevate the expertise of the broader People and Culture team. Solve problems holistically, ensuring solutions integrate with DeepMind's culture and demonstrating expert judgement. Remain confident working directly with data to support or disprove hypotheses, while role-modeling AI adoption and novel technical solutions to innovate existing practices and solve critical challenges.
