Job Description
OverviewA leading technology organization is seeking a Total Rewards Consultant to provide interim senior level support during a period of organizational growth and transformation. This individual will play a key role in supporting the design, evaluation, and implementation of Total Rewards programs, including compensation, benefits, and job architecture initiatives.
The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in Total Rewards strategy and execution, with the ability to operate in both advisory and hands-on capacities. This role partners closely with HR and business leadership to ensure alignment between compensation structures, organizational design, and broader business objectives.
Key ResponsibilitiesServe as an interim senior level resource supporting Total Rewards strategy and executionLead and support job architecture, job leveling, and compensation alignment initiatives across the organizationAssist in evaluating and refining compensation structures to ensure internal equity and market competitivenessPartner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to support organizational planning and workforce initiativesConduct compensation benchmarking and provide recommendations based on market data and internal analysisSupport integration or transformation efforts related to Total Rewards programs as neededContribute to the design and enhancement of benefits and broader rewards programsDevelop presentations and recommendations for leadership to support decision-makingEnsure Total Rewards programs align with organizational goals, culture, and compliance requirements
