Job Description

Benefits Supervisor San Marino , CA Contract Corporate $60/HR to $70/HR 04/07/2026 Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Benefits Supervisor to assist their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting pay rate of $60.00 to $70.00 per hour.
Job Responsibilities:
Support the design, rollout, and daily administration of employee benefit programs, including health coverage, leave options, wellness offerings, and time off practices. Assist with maintaining benefit policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure consistency and efficiency. Coordinate with external benefit partners to support service delivery, evaluate performance, and resolve plan issues. Prepare benefits communications and assist employees by responding to questions and escalating issues when necessary. Compile benefit data and reports to support planning, audits, budgeting, and leadership review.
Requirements:
Ability to interpret benefit regulations and support compliance activities across federal, state, and local requirements. Strong organizational skills to manage documentation, filings, and multiple benefit programs at once. Analytical mindset with experience preparing reports and tracking cost or participation trends. Clear written and verbal communication skills when working with employees, vendors, and internal teams. Collaborative approach when partnering with payroll, finance, legal, and systems groups.
Qualifications:
Previous experience supporting employee benefit programs in an administrative or supervisory capacity. Familiarity with benefit compliance activities, audits, and required documentation. Background working with benefit vendors, brokers, or third party administrators. Ability to identify process improvements and support standardization efforts. Detail oriented with a proactive attitude toward problem solving and continuous improvement. REF #52066 #LI-DD1
