Full Time Total Rewards Manager KTC is supporting our client in hiring a Total Rewards Manager to lead benefits, compensation, wellness, leave programs, and total rewards initiatives. This role will partner closely with HR, Finance, leadership, vendors, and employees to support competitive and compliant rewards programs. The ideal candidate is analytical, detail oriented, service focused, and comfortable handling confidential information. Responsibilities Manage employee benefits programs, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, COBRA, 401(k), and wellness programs. Lead open enrollment, benefits communication, vendor coordination, invoice review, and employee benefits support. Support leave administration, compliance documentation, and benefits related payroll coordination. Manage compensation processes, including salary surveys, job evaluations, merit planning, bonus administration, and salary structure support. Partner with leadership and Payroll on approved compensation changes. Research market trends and recommend improvements to benefits and compensation programs. Manage and support the Benefits and Leave Administrator. Support additional HR and People Operations projects as needed. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field. 7 or more years of HR experience with benefits and compensation responsibility. Strong analytical, communication, project management, and confidentiality skills. Advanced Microsoft Office skills. Experience with HRIS, payroll coordination, open enrollment, vendor management, and compensation planning.
PHR, SHRM
CP, CCP, CBP, or CEBS certification preferred. Professional services experience preferred. Equal Opportunity KTC and our client are equal opportunity employers.
