Job Description
Small Business Account Manager Levine Insurance Group LLC is seeking an experienced and licensed Property & Casulty Small Business Account Manager to join our team. This is a full-time position for a motivated professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities Manage and service a book of commercial insurance accounts for new business and renewals Process policy changes, renewals, certificates of insurance, endorsements, and audits Prepare applications, proposals, and renewal submissions Communicate with insurance carriers and clients regarding coverage, billing, and policy issues Review policies for accuracy and coverage adequacy Provide prompt, professional customer service and support Qualifications Active Property & Casualty Insurance License required Commercial lines insurance experience preferred Knowledge of commercial insurance coverages and policy forms Excellent communication and organizational skills Proficiency with AMS360 and Microsoft Office applications Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Paid time off Health insurance benefits Retirement plan opportunities 13 Paid Holidays Schedule Full-time Monday through Friday (half day on Fridays -closing at 12pm)
