Duties Help As a Director for Compension and Benefits, you will: Advise, lead, and assist OCC management on the development and implemention of new compension and benefit programs and the administrion of current programs, including annual program adjustments, to improve the overall effectiveness of these programs and ensure their support of OCC's stregic goals. Serve as policy advisor to senior management on compension and benefit programs and policies. Advise management on solutions to complex and controversial compension and benefit problems. Provide leadership in establishing stregic priorities for annual compension and benefit program adjustments, and in evaluing the effective implemention of new initiives. Ensure OCC benefit programs are well-designed to support OCC stregic goals and evalue the performance of benefit contracts to ensure programs are being administered in a manner th meets OCC needs. Serve as a second-line supervisor for the Compension and Benefits Branch. Provide leadership and direction to the staff th is responsible for development of a total compension and benefits stregy as well as the annual and long-range compension and benefits initiives.
