Job Description

This role oversees workers compensation claims, insurance placement, loss analysis, and contract review across a multinational footprint. You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to manage total cost of risk and ensure alignment with business goals. What You'll Do Lead oversight of U.S. workers compensation claims (litigated and non-litigated) Manage RMIS systems and produce quarterly loss reports and benchmarking Review insurance provisions in contracts and guide internal stakeholders Support global insurance placement, renewal submissions, and actuarial analysis Analyze loss trends and develop mitigation strategies across divisions Coordinate with brokers, TPAs, and internal teams on property, liability, and auto claims Assist in due diligence for acquisitions and risk budgeting What We're Looking For 5-8 years in corporate risk, underwriting, or brokerage Strong experience in workers compensation claims and RMIS platforms Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Industry designations (ARM, CPCU, CRM, RIMS-CRMP) are a plus Background in manufacturing claims or loss prevention preferred Bachelor's degree required This is a full-time, on-site role at our corporate HQ.
