Kitchen Manager:
Supervise and coordinate all kitchen staff and operations Ensure food is prepared consistently and meets quality standards Maintain compliance with health, sanitation, and safety regulations Manage inventory, ordering, and food cost controls Create staff schedules and monitor labor costs Train and coach kitchen employees Minimize waste and improve operational efficiency Collaborate with front-of-house management to ensure excellent customer experiences Handle kitchen equipment maintenance and repairs as needed
What We're Looking For:
Previous kitchen or food service management experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Basic understanding of food safety regulations Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout shift Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs as needed Kitchen management or supervisory experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Why Mega Saver?
