Our client located in the McHenry, Illinois is looking for a Total Rewards Leader to join their team:
Description:
Will serve as a sole contributor and SME on Compensation and Benefits Responsible for benchmarking, compensation review, putting together competitive offers Recommend engagement and retention strategies Manage the delivery of benefit and retirement programs Ensure compliance and manage HRIS modules for benefits and compensation
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree required with 8+ years of compensation & benefits experience CEBS or CCP Certification desired Background in a manufacturing industry desired This position is fully onsite. Relocation Assistance Available! Salary up to $115K plus bonus and stock options.
