Lead our human resources team in enhancing our competitive edge by spearheading the management and innovation of our company's compensation, benefits, and rewards programs. Your role will involve actively collaborating across all departments to ensure efficient handling of employee benefits and claims, such as worker's compensation. You'll be tasked with advancing our company's Benefits Administration and regulatory compliance tools, tailoring them to optimize employee satisfaction and align with our organizational culture. Key responsibilities include creating and benchmarking competitive compensation structures, overseeing comprehensive benefit plans such as medical, dental, and life insurance, and fostering employee engagement through wellness initiatives. Strong analytical skills will be required to conduct studies in compensation trends and retention strategies, coupled with an advanced understanding of regulations like ACA, COBRA, and FMLA. You will also play a pivotal role in the administration of the annual compensation cycle and in communicating with various departments to ensure accurate data reconciliation.
