Job Description
The Resident Care Director will plan, organize, develop, & direct the overall care, health & wellness of the community. The director will train & develop staff. Communicate with physicians, families & outside providers. Develop & implement assessments & care plans. As part of the leadership team & department director, rotating 24/hour on-call support is required. 3 years of management experience in a long-term care, assisted living or senior living setting is required.
