We are seeking a Total Rewards Manager to play a critical role in shaping how we reward, motivate, and scale our workforce. This role sits at the intersection of compensation, benefits, and core HR strategy, partnering closely with leadership to design programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned to business priorities. This is a high-impact, build-oriented role—ideal for someone who enjoys operating both strategically and hands-on, and who is energized by creating structure in an evolving environment. Total Rewards Strategy & Vendor Integration Build and scale the Total Rewards function over time, with the expectation of leading and developing additional resources as the function grows; this role is designed to evolve beyond an individual contributor Serve as the primary point of contact for benefits vendors and external partners, driving strategy, performance, and continuous improvement while ensuring seamless integration of programs into UKG and broader HR systems Lead system and vendor integration efforts, partnering cross-functionally to optimize UKG capabilities, streamline workflows, and ensure accurate, scalable deployment of compensation and benefits programs across the organization Develop and execute employee-facing communications related to compensation, benefits, and Total Rewards programs—ensuring clarity, transparency, and strong adoption during key moments such as onboarding, annual cycles, and program rollouts Performance Management & Talent Programs Partner with HR and leadership to design and execute performance management frameworks, including goal setting, calibration, and review cycles Support the development of clear performance standards and career progression frameworks across functions Help integrate performance, compensation, and development into a cohesive employee value proposition Provide insights and recommendations based on talent data, performance trends, and engagement metrics Organizational Design & Effectiveness Partner with business leaders and HR to support organizational design efforts, including role clarity, leveling, and team structure Help define and maintain job architecture and leveling frameworks across the organization Support leaders in making informed decisions around headcount planning, span of control, and team effectiveness Contribute to change management efforts as the organization continues to evolve post-separation HR Partnership & Functional Excellence Act as a key partner to HR and business leaders, bridging Total Rewards with broader HR strategy Collaborate with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition, and Finance to ensure alignment across hiring, compensation, and workforce planning Build and refine processes, tools, and communications to support a scalable and consistent employee experience Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies Support ongoing development of a modern, transparent, and high-performing HR function What You Bring Minimum of 8 years of experience in Total Rewards, Compensation, or a related HR discipline Strong foundation in compensation design and analysis, with exposure to benefits and broader HR programs Experience supporting or partnering on performance management and/or organizational design initiatives Ability to operate both strategically and tactically in a fast-paced, evolving environment Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights Proven ability to build relationships and influence across functions and levels High level of discretion, sound judgment, and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field required, master's degree preferred. Individual salaries and positioning within the range are determined through a wide variety of factors, including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. While individual pay could fall anywhere in the range based on these factors, it is not common to start at the high end or top of the range.
