Job Description

Compensation & Benefits Manager Position Summary:
The role of a compensation and benefits manager is to manage our company's compensation and benefits programs to ensure we are paying in market for our industry and remaining compliant with all local and national laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Evaluate and modify existing compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures Develop and implement new compensation and benefits programs, policies, and procedures Ensure all programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation Communicate with third-party services to negotiate benefit plans and resolve benefit-related issues Set the organization's pay and benefits structure Monitor competitive wage rates to develop or modify compensation plans Choose and manage outside partners, such as benefits vendors, insurance brokers, and investment managers Oversee the distribution of pay and benefits information to the organization's teammates
Education, Experience and Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of the Workday HRIS system a plus Demonstrated proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite Knowledge of a broad range of compensation and benefit strategies and practices in compliance with employment regulations Experience with analyzing data to guide strategic compensation planning Bachelor's degree in human resources, labor relations, organizational development, business or related areas; relevant work experience may be a substitute #HDQ Corporate Average Pay Rate 130000 Benefits and Total Rewards We believe in rewarding great people with meaningful benefits that support your health, growth, and long term success.
