This dynamic role offers an exciting opportunity to oversee daily operations, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive team success in a fast-paced, hospitality-focused environment. As a key leader, you will manage staff, maintain food safety standards, and support overall restaurant performance. Duties Supervise daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, service flow, and cleanliness standards Lead staff training and development to ensure high-quality customer service and adherence to food safety protocols Manage inventory control, ordering supplies, and monitoring stock levels Oversee cash handling procedures, reconcile registers, and ensure accurate financial transactions Assist in interviewing and hiring new team members to build a strong, motivated workforce Skills Proven experience in food industry management with a background in quick service & fast food restaurants or casual dining environments Excellent leadership skills with experience supervising teams and managing staff training & development Deep understanding of food safety regulations, inventory control, and food handling procedures Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues promptly and professionally Experience with budgeting, food production, catering, or banquet services is a plus Join us as a Manager where your leadership fuels our success!
