Job Description:
We are partnering with a leading global financial services organization who are seeking a strategic and hands-on Total Rewards Leader to oversee and evolve its compensation and benefits programs across multiple regions. This role will serve as a key partner to senior leadership, balancing the development of competitive reward strategies with day-to-day program execution and employee support.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation and benefits programs. Partner with business leaders and HR stakeholders to align total rewards initiatives with organizational goals. Manage annual compensation processes, including salary planning, incentive programs, benchmarking, and market analysis. Oversee health, welfare, retirement, wellness, and other benefit programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance. Evaluate and enhance existing programs to improve employee experience, attraction, retention, and engagement. Manage vendor relationships, renewals, and ongoing program performance. Monitor market trends and provide recommendations on compensation and benefits strategy. Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and governance requirements across relevant jurisdictions. Develop reporting and analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Serve as a trusted advisor to employees, managers, and senior leadership on total rewards matters.
Qualifications:
Significant experience leading both compensation and benefits within a complex organization. Strong understanding of total rewards strategy, program design, and administration. Experience supporting global or multi-regional employee populations preferred. Ability to operate strategically while remaining comfortable with hands-on execution. Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience within financial services or a similarly fast-paced, highly regulated environment preferred.
