Job Overview:
The People, Belonging and Impact (PBI) Site Director is responsible for the successful implementation and ongoing management of PBI initiatives at the local hospital, Reporting to the SVP, People, Belonging and Impact and working in close partnership with site and system leaders, this role supports the execution of the PBI Strategy and its alignment with the System s Total Wellbeing Promise, The Director aligns this work with mission-driven goals and business objectives while serving as a subject matter expert and champion for inclusion and belonging,
Qualifications Required:
Bachelor s degree in a related field Minimum of 3 years of experience in People, Belonging and Impact related work Proficiency in organizational change models and strategies for driving systemic change Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence and coach leaders effectively Exceptional facilitation and presentation skills, with demonstrated ability to engage diverse audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including
Word, Excel and PowerPoint Preferred:
Master s degree preferred Healthcare experience strongly preferred Schedule Requirements Requires on-site accessibility and availability for system-wide travel as needed Essential Job Functions Lead the integration and expansion of PBI programs and strategies at the assigned hospital, fostering a culture of inclusion, respect and belonging. Develop, lead, and manage BRGs/affinity groups, including oversight of budgets, project timelines, operational planning and execution of charters. Identify and engage executive sponsors to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Oversee and support BRG-led initiatives, including community programs and internal events. Collaborate with Patient Experience to enhance language access services for patients with limited English proficiency. Analyze PBI-related metrics and research industry best practices to inform and refine strategies and initiatives. Conduct weekly unit rounding to foster collaboration with leaders, identify opportunities and provide real-time responses to emerging needs. Measure outcomes to ensure alignment with PBI goals and continuous improvement. Design and implement trainings and education that advance PBI priorities. Shape and sustain an inclusive, respectful workplace culture for employees and practitioners. Other duties as assigned to advance PBI goals and organizational objectives.
