Job Description

Minimum Qualifications Education:
High School diploma or GED. College credits may substitute for up to 2 years of required experience (1 year college = 1 year experience).
Experience:
4 years of human services experience (with HS diploma/GED). Supervisory experience preferred.
Work Eligibility:
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

About the Role The House Manager oversees day-to-day facility operations and assumes responsibility during the Director's absence. Primary Responsibilities Direct and supervise personnel including scheduling, evaluations, disciplinary actions. Ensure compliance with timekeeping and attendance policies. Conduct staff trainings and promote positive morale. Manage audits, corrective actions, and documentation reviews. Oversee property safety, inspections, and equipment accountability. May conduct intakes, inspections, and host visitors. Perform additional duties as assigned. #ICLOTHER
