Property & Casualty License - Preferred Highly preferred minimum of 1 year of proven P&C insurance industry experience , demonstrating strong account management capabilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills required. Experience using MS Office Suite required. Experience using an agency management system preferred. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, innovative environment. Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the agency. Demonstrated knowledge of personal lines insurance policy language. Must be able to evaluate and explain auto and home insurance policies.
What You'll Do:
Answering phones: talking to customers about their existing policy and billing Make policy changes: Adding or removing coverage, and explaining coverage and pricing Serve as a key resource: advise your clients and build trusting relationships Fast paced: must be able to multitask and prioritize based on importance.
