Compensation Manager Location:
Charlotte, NC Hybrid Schedule Salary:
$120,000 - $145,000 + bonus Sirius Staffing is partnering with a growing organization seeking an experienced Compensation Manager to lead and enhance enterprise-wide compensation programs. This is a Direct Hire role and is ideal for a strategic compensation professional who enjoys partnering with leadership and building scalable compensation structures and career frameworks. Position Overview The Compensation Manager will partner with HR, Finance, and business leaders to design and manage compensation programs that support growth, employee engagement, and market competitiveness. This role will oversee compensation structures, job architecture, market benchmarking, pay equity, compliance, and compensation systems/processes. Key Responsibilities Compensation Strategy & Program Management Lead and support the design, administration, and continuous improvement of broad-based compensation programs including salary structures, incentive plans, compensation policies, and annual compensation cycles Conduct market pricing, benchmarking, and pay equity analyses to support competitive, equitable, and market-aligned pay practices Provide compensation guidance and recommendations to HR and business leaders Job Architecture & Organizational Support Lead and help evolve job architecture initiatives including job evaluations, leveling frameworks, grade assignments, and career path development Partner with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leadership teams on compensation-related decisions, workforce planning, and organizational design initiatives Translate compensation data and analytics into clear, actionable insights and recommendations for leadership Compliance, Systems & Process Optimization Ensure compliance with applicable compensation laws and regulations including FLSA and pay transparency requirements while supporting audits and risk mitigation initiatives Partner with HRIS and IT teams on compensation system implementations, enhancements, and process improvements, including tools such as JDXpert or similar platforms Help develop scalable compensation processes, reporting, and analytics capabilities to support organizational growth Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 7 + years of broad-based compensation experience required Strong experience with compensation strategy, salary structures, market pricing, and benchmarking Experience overseeing job architecture including job evaluation, leveling, and grade assignments Demonstrated understanding of compensation-related laws and regulations Experience supporting or leading HR/compensation system implementations ( JDXpert or similar ) Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills Advanced proficiency with Excel and compensation analytics/reporting Must be authorized to work in the United States ; Sponsorship is not offered now or in the future Sirius Staffing is an equal opportunity employer.
