Responsibilities Manage the benefits administrative department including the team Manage medical benefits including health insurance, STD, LTD, vision, life, dental, and AD&D Manage retirement benefit plans such as 401K matching, investments, and pension Manage FMLA, workman compensation, hardship fund Manage salary and bonus programs Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and local regulations Vendor sourcing and management responsibilities Requirements Bachelor's Degree Experience managing total rewards including the aforementioned responsibilities People leadership skills and experience Understanding and experience with state, federal, and local laws and regulations concerning Human Resource and Benefits Proven negotiation skills
