This organization operates in a fast paced environment and is seeking an experienced compensation professional to provide temporary support during a leadership leave.Job Description:
Our client is seeking an experienced Total Rewards and Compensation professional to support compensation related initiatives on a consulting style, as needed basis. This role will partner closely with leadership and internal stakeholders to assist with compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and ad hoc pay related projects across the organization. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently, managing fluctuating workloads, and responding quickly to changing business priorities.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct compensation analysis and salary benchmarking Support market pricing and pay modeling initiatives Assist with compensation related requests tied to organizational growth and operations Analyze compensation data and prepare reporting for leadership Support compensation administration activities across multiple states Partner with internal stakeholders on pay recommendations and compensation questions Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive compensation information Utilize HRIS systems and compensation tools to support reporting and analysisQualifications:
5+ years of experience in Compensation or Total Rewards Hospitality or hotel industry compensation experience strongly preferred Experience supporting multi-state compensation structures Strong knowledge of market pricing, salary benchmarking, and compensation analysis Advanced Excel skills required Experience with PayScale or similar compensation platforms preferred Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred CCP or additional compensation certifications are a plusPerks:
