Job Description Employee Benefits Account Manager Job Summar y Seeking a dedicated and experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager to join a dynamic team. As part of a well-established, medium-sized agency with a reputation for integrity and excellence, you will play a key role in managing and growing a employee benefits accounts. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building lasting client relationships.

Work Arrangement:
Hybrid model (2 days in-office, flexible schedule) Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of employee benefits accounts, focusing on level and fully insured groups ranging from 2-100 lives. Provide end-to-end customer service, including quoting new and renewal business, building navigators, and addressing client inquiries. Collaborate with producers, account managers, and customer service representatives to deliver seamless service. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention. Utilize Employee Navigator and EPIC software to manage accounts and streamline processes. Support the team in achieving growth objectives by identifying opportunities to expand client accounts.
Qualifications/Requirements Licenses/Certifications:
Active Life & Health (L&H) license required.
Experience:
3-5 years of relevant experience in employee benefits account management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Employee Navigator and EPIC software.
Soft Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, tech-savvy, detail-oriented, proactive, and a team player.
Work Ethic:
A commitment to honesty, integrity, and providing exceptional service to clients.
Work Environment:
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a hybrid work setting. #LI-DD4
