Employee Benefits Account Manager

About the Role As Employee Benefits Account Manager you'll join a premier Midwest insurance broker in an important service role. Flexible schedule available with the potential for fully remote, work from home. Duties & Responsibilities Have strategic conversations with clients (typically in the 100-500 lives range) about new ideas for their insurance programs, both throughout the year and in preparation for renewal Handle service issues as they arise in tandem with Account Associates Partner with producers to strengthen stewardship in new client meetings and for existing clients Coordinate service delivery in partnership with wellness, HR, compliance, marketing, and claims Take responsibility for available technology platforms for integration, enrollments, and communication Skills & Experience At least three (3) years of experience in a similar client service role Ability to handle a variety of service initiatives like benefit guides, communication, implementation, RFPs, and spreadsheets Active state insurance license Tagged as: account executive, account manager, agency, client manager, customer service, dental, disability, employee benefits, enrollments, fully insured, group health, health and welfare, insurance, large group, life, marketing, self-funded, vision
