Job Description
— 12+ years of experience across total rewards disciplines, with meaningful depth in at least three of the four focus areas: compensation, equity, benefits, and sales compensation design — Demonstrated ability to build and run programs independently as a senior IC, without reliance on a large team beneath you — Strong experience in sales compensation design and variable pay mechanics in a high-growth SaaS or technology environment — Experience with equity administration and executive compensation in a pre-IPO or IPO-readiness context — Comfortable preparing Board-level materials and presenting to senior stakeholders — Strong analytical skills with the ability to model compensation scenarios and translate data into clear recommendations — Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills — you are the person others come to when the answer is not obvious — Thrives in a fast-moving, high-ownership environment where you define the work as much as you execute it We embrace a hybrid work model that blends remote and in-person collaboration.
