Job Description
Collins Management provides professional community association management services for Homeowners Associations (HOAs), Condominiums, Commercial Associations, Mixed-Use Developments, Planned Unit Developments, Loft Associations, and all other Common Interest Developments. We are a local and independent family-owned and operated Bay Area firm. All of our community managers and assistant community managers are certified through the California Association of Community Managers. We have a customer-centric focus and customer retention is far more important to us than finding new clients. At this time, we are looking for community managers to join our team. The right candidate will... ▪ Have at least three years of community management experience ▪ Have an awesome personality and positive attitude ▪ Be highly motivated ▪ Be ready to hit the ground running in a challenging & fast-paced environment ▪ Possess exceptional written and verbal communication skills ▪ Enjoy working with homeowners, board, committee members, and peers ▪ Has the ability to embrace, learn and utilize unfamiliar technologies and software ▪ Have the skill set to navigate complex projects ▪ Be highly organized and efficient, with superb attention to detail For your time and talents, Collins Management offers the following: ▪ Industry Leading Compensation Potential.
