Total Rewards Manager Position Description:
The Total Rewards Manager is responsible for leading the administration and ongoing development of the company's compensation, benefits, leave administration, and HR policy programs. Reporting directly to the CHRO, this role serves as the organization's primary subject matter expert for Total Rewards and plays a key role in building scalable programs, processes, and infrastructure to support a growing organization. This position is responsible for the day-to-day administration of compensation and benefits programs while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, enhance the employee experience, strengthen operational consistency, and support future organizational growth. The Total Rewards Manager partners closely with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, and external vendors to ensure programs are administered effectively and aligned with company needs. Responsibilities Compensation Administration Administer compensation programs and processes across the organizationSupport compensation decisions related to hiring, promotions, transfers, and market adjustmentsConduct market pricing and compensation benchmarking for positions across the companyMaintain salary structures, compensation guidelines, and job pricing documentationAssist in administration of incentive compensation programsPartner with HR Business Partners and leaders on compensation related recommendations and requestsSupport development and evolution of compensation programs as the organization grows Benefits Administration Lead administration of employee benefits programs including medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, retirement, and wellness offeringsServe as primary point of contact for benefits vendors, brokers, and third party administratorsManage annual open enrollment processes and employee communicationsCoordinate eligibility, enrollment, and benefits issue resolutionOversee benefits related system feeds, integrations, and administrative processesMonitor trends and recommend improvements to benefits offerings and administration Leave Administration Administer company leave programs including
FMLA, ADA
accommodations, parental leave, and related leave processesPartner with employees, managers, and external administrators to ensure timely and consistent administrationMaintain compliance with applicable leave laws and company policiesTrack leave related activity and support reporting needs HR Policy and Governance Own development, maintenance, and administration of HR policies and employee handbook contentEnsure policies remain aligned, current, and compliant with applicable laws and business practicesPartner with leadership and HR Business Partners on policy interpretation and applicationSupport consistent policy administration across the organization HR Analytics Identify opportunities to improve HR operational efficiency and scalabilitySupport development of reporting, analytics, and dashboards related to compensation, benefits, and HR activityAssist with audits, compliance reporting, and operational reviews as neededHelp build scalable HR processes and infrastructure to support organizational growth Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field requiredMinimum of 5-10 years of progressive Human Resources experience with strong exposure to compensation, benefits, and leave administrationExperience administering employee benefits and compensation programs requiredExperience working within an HRIS platform required; UKG experience preferredStrong organizational, analytical, and problem solving skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environmentStrong communication and relationship building skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion Work Environment Hybrid work arrangement consisting of four days in office and one remote workday per weekFast paced, collaborative, and growth oriented environment Success Profile The successful candidate will be:
