Job Summary CRH Americas, Inc., is seeking a Workers' Compensation (WC) Claims' Advisor
  • East who will partner with local business units and serve as an expert for WC claims' management to minimize WC liabilities. The position will collaborate with third-party claims' administrator (TPA) and coordinate with local business units to improve WC claims' outcomes and reduce WC claims' cost. This role, reporting to the Director
  • Risk Management Programs, will provide direct WC claims' management and WC settlement evaluation with TPA and local business units Job Location This a remote role
  • we are looking for someone that is based in a state in the Eastern Time Zone (EST).
Job Responsibilities Partner with local business units, TPA, and medical partners for effective WC treatment options Communicate WC claims' exposures and WC claims' reserve needs Participate in and coach local business units during WC claims' reviews with TPA Utilize RMIS system to monitor WC claims and produce WC claims' metrics Provide WC claims' management education and WC regulatory updates to local business units Complete WCB assessments and other WC regulatory reporting requirements Regular and predictable attendance at assigned times is required Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in risk management, Finance or Nursing background Minimum seven (7) years of experience managing WC claims WC technical knowledge and WC case law in states from Maine to Florida Demonstrated skills collaborating with TPA, medical and legal partners Proficient in Microsoft Office and RMIS systems Professional designation preferred Exposure to the building materials, construction or manufacturing sectors preferred Compensation Base Salary
