We are looking for an Account Manager with at least 2 years of account management experience in employee benefits to join our Nashville team. Day-to-Day Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts Manage client service needs and respond promptly to inquiries Oversee the renewal process from start to finish Coordinate with carriers and underwriters on quotes and coverage Maintain accurate client records Assist with onboarding new accounts Requirements Minimum 2 years of account management experience in employee benefits Must be local to the Nashville area and able to work in-office Willingness to travel for open enrollment meetings and client visits Preferred Active Life & Health license What We're Looking For Self-starter who works well autonomously Exceptional attention to detail Excellent written communication skills Proficiency in Google Sheets / Excel Comfortable with carrier-facing communication Coachable and quick to learn Familiarity with Gmail, Microsoft Outlook, and Google Calendar Compensation & Benefits Salary commensurate with experience, targeting $80,000 Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) We look forward to hearing from you!
