Job Description

Job Description A client of Insight Global is looking for a Benefits Manager to join their team in Nashville. This person will be responsible supporting payroll and benefits administration across multiple companies. Acts as backup to the Payroll Manager and supports Workers' Compensation claims. Ensures employees are paid accurately/on time while helping manage benefits and leave programs. Benefits Administration Manage day-to-day employee benefits (health, retirement, wellness, leave, etc.) Ensure accurate processing of enrollments, changes, and terminations Maintain compliance with ACA and other federal/state regulations (including 1095-C reporting) Partner with benefit vendors (carriers, brokers, TPAs) and evaluate performance Support employee communications and serve as a resource for benefit questions Lead Open Enrollment and promote wellness programs Analyze benefits data (costs, usage, trends) and recommend improvements Payroll Support Back up Payroll Manager as needed Assist with payroll processing, audits, reporting, and compliance Maintain accuracy and confidentiality of payroll data Workers' Compensation Help manage and track WC claims across the organization Coordinate with employees, managers, and vendors to ensure timely resolution Support return-to-work programs Monitor trends and ensure compliance with reporting requirements We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day. Experience supporting payroll and benefits administration in a multi-state and/or multi-company environment. Prior experience with Paylocity preferred. Solid understanding of payroll processes, employee benefits administration, Workers' Compensation, and US labor laws.
