Job Description

As a Benefits Account Manager, you will provide service and support to clients and agents, by assisting, maintaining, and expanding assigned accounts. This role is vital in the overall support of the department in a fast-paced, detail-oriented role. At our agency, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to help attract & retain employees.
Duties:
Manages overall relationship with clients ensuring retention of the book of business and high satisfaction Markets renewals and new business Selects markets for solicitation Analyzes market proposals for verification of benefits, premiums, and competitiveness Assists the broker in the design and preparation of marketing and presentation materials Meets with clients for proposal delivery or open enrollment meetings and explanation as needed or directed by the broker Assists clients with changes, questions, and billing and claim issues
