Position range in Tarrant County $70k - $130k Per Year Director of Compensation
Manages and refines the campus job evaluation process; ensures appropriate classification for staff positions and consistency in classifications decisionsEvaluates alignment of pay levels based on external markets, internal equity and employee performance and provides consultation for organizational alignment projects.
Provide leadership and expertise in all HR projects through the preparation of detailed analytical models and innovative recommendationsPerforms other duties as assigned..Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Six (6) years of compensation experience to include supervisory experience OR 10 years of equivalent combination of education and experience..Master degree Human Resources Management.
Ten years of Compensation experience.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP).
