Director of Benefits

Our client is a Project Management firm located in Fort Worth, looking for someone to be in the office 3 days a week.

Responsibilities:

Create and drive global benefits strategy and programs grounded in competitive practice and operational excellence that support attracting and retaining a talented and engaged workforce. Partner with Finance on the benefits budget and forecast. Evaluate administrative costs and pricing of benefits and recommend strategies to provide competitive and cost-effective offerings. Direct management of health & welfare providers to maximize service levels for plan management and participants while negotiating favorable contract terms and conditions. In partnership with the internal procurement team, lead contract negotiations and renewals with vendors. Directly supervise 2-3 members of the benefits team. Develop compelling communication plans and programs to ensure employees have a clear understanding of the company's benefits and wellness offerings and drive participation and awareness.

Requirements:

Minimum 6+ years of Benefits experience. Must have experience overseeing a team. Workday experience is highly preferred. Global experience is highly preferred. Bachelor's degree in a related field. Skilled collaborator, managing partnerships with vendors, internal stakeholders and outside consultants to achieve results. The salary range for this role is $150,000-$190,000, commensurate with experience. #
