Senior Property Manager$80K Base Salary ($100K+ Total Compensation with Bonus & Benefits) Are you driven by results? As a Senior Property Manager, you'll work closely with senior leadership, take ownership of your asset, and help drive operational excellence across the property. Compensation & Benefits $80,000 annual base salary Performance bonuses bringing total compensation to $100,000+ Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off Team events and a collaborative, supportive culture Key Responsibilities Oversee daily property operations, leasing, collections, and maintenance coordination Lead and develop on-site staff while driving occupancy and resident retention Conduct regular property walks to ensure curb appeal and asset quality Review delinquency, approve applications, and monitor property financial performance Manage turns and oversee make-ready schedules Ensure compliance with inspections, permits, reporting, and company standards Track budgets, expenses, and operational goals proactively Qualifications 5+ years of on-site property management experience (Class B/C experience preferred) Strong leadership and team management skills Experience managing budgets, rent rolls, and property financials Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus Motivated, organized, and ready for long-term growth opportunities Apply Today Submit your resume for consideration.
