Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting Field Reimbursement Manager opportunities in Remote Role.   • Responsibilities for a Field Reimbursement Manager include but are not limited to
  • Act as a strategic reimbursement advisor and primary point of contact for healthcare providers, proactively identifying and resolving complex access and reimbursement barriers for assigned therapies.
  • Lead the resolution of high-impact reimbursement cases, including benefit investigations, prior authorizations, claims escalations, and appeals, to ensure timely patient access.
  • Deliver advanced, tailored payer insights to providers, incorporating evolving reimbursement policies, access strategies, and market trends through both remote and in-person engagements.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strategic relationships with provider offices and manufacturer stakeholders to align support services with changing customer and market needs.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal hub operations, analytics, and client teams to enhance service delivery and elevate the provider and patient experience.
  • Plan and facilitate high-value site engagements, including manufacturer-sponsored trainings and regional educational forums, to improve provider readiness and therapy adoption.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Medicare and commercial payer structures, translating complex benefit and coverage data into clear, actionable guidance.
  • Represent the FRM function in field-based initiatives, territory planning, and stakeholder engagement strategies to maximize program visibility and impact.
  • Manage territory-level projects and account coordination, ensuring alignment with client KPIs, compliance requirements, and program milestones.
  • Operate independently with a high degree of accountability, consistently delivering results in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities and tight timelines.
  • Document and report all field activities accurately within the FRM CRM system, ensuring data integrity and transparency for internal and client stakeholders
  • Candidates for Field Reimbursement Manager must meet the following requirements to be considered
  • Entry-level experience in project management.
  • Minimum of 8 years of healthcare reimbursement experience.
  • Strong experience with medical reimbursement models, including Buy & Bill and/or Specialty Pharmacy.
  • Experience supporting program-specific drug therapies (e.g., oncology, dermatology, or other specialty areas).
  • Background in healthcare settings such as physician offices, clinics, or payer environments, including insurance verification, prior authorizations, and claims adjudication.
  • Demonstrated experience with Medicare and commercial insurance coverage.
  • Proven ability to deliver, document, and communicate benefit investigation outcomes and provide regular status reporting.
  • Strong customer service orientation with experience managing complex provider interactions.
  • Proven presentation skills with experience delivering educational or strategic content.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a changing environment.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with PowerPoint and web-based meeting platforms.
