Job Description:
We seek motivated and self-driven individuals to join our team as Entry-Level Insurance Agents . This role is 100% commission-based, allowing you to earn based on your performance. We offer a competitive bonus structure designed to reward hard work and dedication.
Key Responsibilities:
Actively prospect, market, and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients Conduct needs-based analysis to offer personalized insurance solutions Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention Meet and exceed sales targets and goals to earn commission Complete all required training and certifications to stay current with industry standards and regulations Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and company events
Requirements:
No prior experience in insurance is necessary—just a desire to succeed! Strong communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and manage your schedule Comfortable with a 100% commission-based compensation structure Previous sales experience is a plus but not required Must be willing to obtain relevant insurance licenses (training provided)
