Key ResponsibilitiesRevenue Growth & Sales Drive 7-10% annual revenue growth Own monthly sales targets and conversion performance Conduct or oversee 5+ new client assessments weekly Maintain strong follow-up and closing systems Client Experience & Retention Maintain 2-3% or lower monthly attrition Ensure effective onboarding and engagement systems Resolve client concerns professionally and promptly Deliver a consistent five-star experience Training Floor Leadership Actively train clients daily Lead by example in coaching quality and professionalism Maintain session standards across all staff Step in to support or cover sessions as needed Staff Leadership & Development Coach, mentor, and hold team members accountable Conduct weekly check-ins and monthly 1:1 meetings Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing development Build a strong, positive, high-performance culture Operations & Studio Management Maintain a clean, organized, professional facility Oversee scheduling and staffing coverage Ensure smooth day-to-day operations Proactively identify facility and business needs Ideal Candidate Positive, high-energy leader Strong communicator and motivator Leads by example in both fitness and professionalism Takes ownership and follows through consistently Passionate about fitness and client transformation Training Model You will work with clients in: One-on-One Training Semi-Private Training (up to 4 clients) Group Training (up to 10 clients) Qualifications 1+ year Personal Training experience Experience in fitness studio or team leadership roles preferred Sales and client retention experience Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable with technology and systems Evening and weekend availability Certifications NASM, ACSM, or equivalent (preferred) CPR/AED (required; renewal support available) Additional certifications a plus (TRX, NSCA, ISSA, ACE, CSCS, Nutrition, Group Fitness) Apply Today Live life on your own terms while helping others do the same. for immediate consideration.
