Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here Well-known and reputable resort in Virginia/DC market is hiring a Director of Rooms to be the driving force of excellence! This is an on-site position and you must reside or move to Virginia - absolutely beautiful area!

Director of Rooms Qualifications & Requirements:
Must currently be a Director of Rooms for a large-scale resort or full-service hotel Progressive leadership career with solid tenures Must have been a Director of Housekeeping in the past Experience managing hotel/resorts with 500+ rooms Experience managing labor and training Should have laundry experience High energy and engaging Hands on and servant leader Must be a motivator and comfortable running morning meetings
Director of Rooms Preferred Background & Skills:
Pre-opening resort/hotel experience Knowledge of DC and Virginia resort/hotel and convention center market Bilingual in Spanish Luxury hotel/resort experience is highly preferred Experience working for an independent, family-owned company at some point in career Experience with tunnel system for laundry
