- Distribution you will provide consultancy support, anchored in compensation, to business leaders and ES (HR) leaders across the Distribution space to maximize the impact of our Global Rewards portfolio.

- to ensure that the organization's compensation and benefits strategies align with overall business objectives, as well as providing relevant perspective and feedback to the Global Rewards design and operational teams.

- to drive creative, future-oriented solutions supporting key business objectives, including but not limited to: Analysis of market data and trends Identifying compensation requirements for the workforce of the future Advising on specific Distribution Rewards requirements and design choices/implications to ensure market-relevant solutions are implemented Looking holistically at the overall rewards environment including Sales Compensation, and working closely with Design teams to provide proactive solutions Collaboration & Engagement Partner with other ES functions (such as ES Business Partners, Recruitment, Talent Management and ES Operations) as well as partner organizations (such as Payroll, Legal and Communications) to ensure alignment, consistency and efficiency across our operational model.
- providing perspective, opportunities and linkage to strategic priorities Provide guidance, education and escalation support for high complexity compensation and benefit cases, leveraging the support of the broader Global Rewards function as needed Requirements Minimum 12+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits Ability to work in a fast-paced environment; highly numerate Strongly focused on leveraging AI Ability to influence senior stakeholders; solutions-oriented Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail Experience supporting a variety of client groups, with particular emphasis on complex sales environments Expertise in financial analysis, statistical analysis and compensation modelling Highly experienced using relevant tools such as Google Docs and Excel Open, honest and results-oriented communication style•able to effectively and credibly interact with stakeholders at all levels including ES Business Partners, business leaders, employees and external vendors Confident presentation and facilitation skills High level of personal integrity and comfort operating with ambiguity•capable of balancing good governance with high quality client service Strong, pragmatic problem-solving skills, including the ability to proactively identify and manage potential problems in collaboration with others Sensitive to the dynamics of working across cultures Curious and appreciative of different work patterns while remaining committed to deadlines Preferred Skills Previous experience in the high-tech industry or a fast-growth environment Experience with Workday HRIS, Excel, Google Docs, Tableau dashboard creation and Slack High AI Fluency Personal Characteristics Drives results•focused on execution and commercially minded Growth mindset Courage to disrupt and innovate, resulting in continuous improvement High intellectual curiosity Ability to balance big picture thinking with necessary day-to-day details and realities Low ego, with the natural authority to inspire others Resilience in the face of setbacks Ability to give and receive constructive and honest feedback Unleash Your Potential When you join Salesforce, you'll be limitless in all areas of your life.

- $304,700 annually. In select cities within the San Francisco and York City metropolitan area, the base salary range for this role is $218,100
