This opportunity is to provide coverage while one of our Executive Protection Agents is on leave. The selected candidate will work scheduled 14-day rotations , with coverage needed every two weeks for 8-12 weeks . Based on performance and fit, additional assignments and long-term opportunities may become available. Private on-site housing is provided during your rotation in accommodations separate from the family's residence. The Opportunity This is not a traditional armed security assignment. We are seeking mature professionals who understand that exceptional Executive Protection is built on judgment, discretion, professionalism, and service. The successful candidate will be comfortable working in a residential family environment while maintaining a constant state of protective awareness. Assignment Details Select low-profile UHNW family Palo Alto, California 4-6 scheduled 14-day rotations Coverage needed over 8-12 weeks Private on-site housing provided Business casual attire Armed assignment (California CCW required) Compensation $630-$1,000 per day , depending on experience and qualifications. W2. Required Qualifications Executive Protection experience California CCW (required) Strong protective driving experience and/or residential family detail experience Excellent judgment and decision-making skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and grooming Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and discretion Clean driving record Willingness to cover visible tattoos while on duty Ability to successfully complete a brief job-related physical readiness assessment during the hiring process Preferred Qualifications Military experience Experience protecting UHNW principals and families Residential Executive Protection experience Medical, tactical, or advance planning experience Law enforcement experience Selection Process Qualified applicants selected to advance should expect to complete: Executive Protection interviews Credential verification Professional reference checks Background screening Brief physical readiness assessment (basic push-ups, squats, and short sprint; self-recorded video submissions may be accepted) Client interview Application Instructions To help expedite the selection process, applicants are strongly encouraged to email the following to immediately after applying: Current résumé Recent professional headshot (business attire preferred) to assist with client presentation Copies of applicable licenses, permits, and certifications Applications that include all requested materials may move through the selection process more quickly.
