This is more than a traditional chef position. We are looking for a culinary leader who wants to help build and grow a premier steakhouse brand alongside ownership. The ideal candidate will take pride in treating the restaurant as their own business, driving culinary excellence, operational performance, and long-term growth. For the right candidate, there is a clear path to a partnership arrangement based on experience, performance, commitment, and contribution to the business. What We Are Looking For We are seeking a chef with: Minimum 5 years of Executive Chef, Sous Chef, or Kitchen Management experience Strong steakhouse, fine dining, or upscale restaurant background Proven experience leading kitchen teams and managing daily operations Knowledge of food cost control, labor management, inventory, and vendor relationships Strong leadership and communication skills Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in growing a business rather than simply working a job ResponsibilitiesCulinary Leadership Lead all kitchen operations and maintain the highest culinary standards. Develop and execute menu items with consistency and creativity. Ensure exceptional preparation of steaks, seafood, and signature dishes. Train and mentor kitchen staff. Business Operations Manage food costs, labor costs, and inventory controls. Improve kitchen efficiency and profitability. Assist in menu pricing and product sourcing. Work directly with ownership on strategic planning and growth initiatives. Team Development Recruit, train, and retain kitchen staff. Build a positive and accountable kitchen culture.
