JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for all processes and procedures related to collective bargaining, employment contracts, drug and alcohol testing, discipline, performance, employment law and equity.

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

Master's degree from an accredited institution in the field of human resources, business, public administration, or education Minimum of three (3) years in administration and/or supervision Experience in collective bargaining for a school system or public entity Experience with employee performance issues Experience with employee investigations and discipline

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Three or more years of recent experience negotiating employee collective bargaining agreements, for a K-12 public school system, preferably in Florida.
