A high-volume, menu-driven restaurant group in Hawaii is seeking an experienced Executive Chef to lead one of its flagship locations. What We're Looking For Proven Executive Chef experience in high-volume restaurants Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage labor, food cost, ordering, and inventory Experience with menu development and seasonal features Strong understanding of kitchen systems, cleanliness, organization, and accountability Ability to lead, train, and inspire a BOH team Experience with events, banquets, and large group execution is a major plus Calm under pressure with strong attention to detail Responsibilities Oversee all kitchen operations Maintain food quality, consistency, and presentation standards Lead hiring, training, scheduling, and development of BOH team Manage food and labor costs Ensure proper prep systems, pars, ordering, and inventory controls Work closely with ownership and leadership team on menu direction and operational goals Execute high-level dinners, private events, and seasonal programming Maintain cleanliness, organization, and health department standards Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonus opportunities Health benefits PTO Relocation assistance available for the right candidate Opportunity for long-term growth within a multi-location restaurant group About the Concept This is a well-established, chef-driven restaurant known for its strong reputation, loyal following, and commitment to quality ingredients, hospitality, and elevated dining experiences.
