Duties Engage with customers via outbound calls and follow-up communications to strengthen retention and resolve concerns proactively Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and offering tailored solutions Maintain accurate data entry and update client records using Microsoft Office tools and CRM systems Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during every interaction to ensure positive experiences Analyze customer feedback and call data to identify trends and opportunities for service improvement Support client services by handling cash transactions, processing payments, and managing account adjustments as needed Collaborate with team members to develop strategies that enhance customer loyalty and reduce churn Requirements Multilingual proficiency with fluency in English; bilingual abilities are highly valued for reaching diverse client bases Prior experience in sales, customer support, or call center environments is preferred Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively over the phone and via written correspondence Demonstrated computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and data entry tasks Outbound calling experience with excellent phone etiquette and professionalism Ability to analyze data, interpret customer needs, and provide insightful solutions Experience in cash handling, typing accuracy, and maintaining detailed records is advantageous Knowledge of customer service best practices, including active listening and problem-solving techniques Join us as a Retention Specialist where your enthusiasm, multilingual talents, and dedication will help us deliver memorable client experiences.
