Associate Benefits Specialist:
Provide day-to-day administrative support for U.S. employee benefits programs (e.g., health, welfare, retirement). Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries related to benefits eligibility, coverage, and claims. Communicate benefit plan options, key features, and enrollment deadlines to employees. Conduct new hire orientations and assist with benefits education sessions. Support open enrollment planning, communication, and execution. Qualifications of the
Associate Benefits Specialist:
1-3 years of experience in Human Resources with emphasis on U.S. Benefits. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills with high attention to detail. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HR systems; Workday experience is preferred.
