PM Position Overview:
Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking EEO Investigator for an exciting Travel or Local job in New York, NY. Responsibilities Conduct investigations into complaints of discrimination, harassment, and sexual harassment Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local anti-discrimination laws Provide a fair and structured process for resolving EEO complaints Interview complainants, respondents, and witnesses while maintaining confidentiality and neutrality Collect, analyze, and document evidence to support investigative findings Prepare detailed investigative reports with findings and recommendations Collaborate with legal and compliance teams on case resolution and regulatory matters Assist with special projects and compliance initiatives as needed Travel to various locations throughout New York City to conduct investigations and provide support Requirements Bachelor's Degree required Minimum 4 years of experience conducting EEO-related investigations Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local anti-discrimination and employment laws Excellent investigative, analytical, and critical thinking skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to synthesize complex information into clear findings and recommendations Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with diverse stakeholders Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) preferred Experience in healthcare or hospital systems preferred Experience working with legal or compliance departments preferred For more details contact at hdavda@navitashealth.com or Call / Text at 516-862-1169.
